Okay I don't have a lot of knowledge on what store to buy products and tools from for people that aren't licensed but I do know that Ulta and Sephora are great for all of that. I know Ulta sells just about every brand.

The right tools and right products really make a difference when it comes to getting what you want our of your hair.
My favorite curling iron is the one that we received in our kits at cosmetology school. The hot tools marcel 3/4 barrel. It has lasted through the past 6 years and is still working great.
My favorite flat iron is the GHD straightner. I have used it for over 2 years now and it still works great. It works well for flat iron curls also.
